Yē̌ng Mǟgátzmb̪v Vǖy covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 3164 m (10380 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Yē̌ng Mǟgátzmb̪v Vǖy was founded durring the late 13th century in spring of the year 1198, by Kebbirc Kazzeind Uzosk. The establishment of Yē̌ng Mǟgátzmb̪v Vǖy was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Yē̌ng Mǟgátzmb̪v Vǖy's construction back out of the project. Kebbirc Kazzeind Uzosk pushed on reguardles, and Yē̌ng Mǟgátzmb̪v Vǖy was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Yē̌ng Mǟgátzmb̪v Vǖy was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Yē̌ng Mǟgátzmb̪v Vǖy is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Yē̌ng Mǟgátzmb̪v Vǖy is buildings are located arround a single spacious baked earthen mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town is protected by a series of wooden fences ringing the town's parimiter, which are likly intended to keep varrious beasts out of town rather than protect it from attack by any intelegent agents. The town's bare minimum defences are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.
A look around Yē̌ng Mǟgátzmb̪v Vǖy shows Yē̌ng Mǟgátzmb̪v Vǖy as a den of corruption. Birbes can be seen changing hands openly, such that it must be customary to do so and must have been for a long time. The locals have no fear, no annoyance at the state of things, it simply is. The town has another layer to it as well. Locals can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear Yē̌ng Mǟgátzmb̪v Vǖy places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual, or at least, faking it.

Cultural Notes
Yē̌ng Mǟgátzmb̪v Vǖy's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by grandeur of scale, simplicity of geometric forms, dramatic use of columns, and a preference for blank walls. This design ethos extended to re-imagining earlier styles of structure to create them anew, with a similar overall look and feel to one another..
In Yē̌ng Mǟgátzmb̪v Vǖy rain occurs in reverse with water pooling up from the earth then falling into the skies to from clouds, this unsettles every visitor that sees it.
The Bonewrought Willow near Yē̌ng Mǟgátzmb̪v Vǖy are known to be quite timid.
Yē̌ng Mǟgátzmb̪v Vǖy's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves bloodletting to channel Necromancy energies of tier 2 via divine sermons.
